To create a Flexi Investement account, you can follow these steps:
a. Log into your Prospa account
b. Click on Savings
c. Click on Create on the FlexiSafe tab
d. Apply either of daily sweep or Autosave settings and click on Continue
e. Review and confirm the creation of your FlexiSafe account by clicking on Continue
To create a Fixed Investment account, you can follow these steps:
a. Log into your Prospa account
b. Click on Savings
c. Click on Create on the FixedSafe tab
d. Input the amount you wish to fix
e. Use the toggle to select the duration for which you wish to save your funds and click on Continue
f. Review and confirm the creation of your FixedSafe account by clicking on Continue.
g. Select the account to fund your FixedSafe and click on Continue
h. Input your six digits PIN and your funds will be saved.
The interest rate on Flexi Investment is 15% annual percentage rate.
The interest rate on Fixed Investment is between 16% to 28% annual percentage rate depending on the duration of your fixed deposit.
Please note that if you choose to withdraw your funds before the maturity date, a percentage of the interest earned will be deducted from the disbursed amount. Additionally, please allow up to 24 hours for the withdrawal request to be processed.
Kindly be informed that you may not be able to add additional funds to a previously fixed investment, you will need to either terminate an ongoing fixed deposit and create another one or you may have to wait till the expiration date in order to fix another funds.
